Hand-deliver messaging on the day of your choice directly to attendees staying at the hotels listed below.

Benefits:

• Sponsor’s item distributed outside door of each attendee room within the official Heart Rhythm hotel room blocks listed below (production and shipping responsibility of sponsor)
• Includes one hotel door drop on day of choice (sponsor may choose either early morning or early evening delivery on purchased day)
  • Five days available: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday (choice of day available on a first come, first served basis)

 

2018 Hotels: Boston Marriott Copley Place, Westin Boston Waterfront, Boston Park Plaza Hotel, Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, and Seaport Hotel (anticipated peak block: 2,800)

 

Sponsor's Involvement and Timeline:

• Contributor must  provide sample of door drop item for approval by Heart Rhythm Society
• Confirmations will include specifications and deadline dates

 

Price: $18,000 each (plus production and shipping costs)
Note: Companies wishing to extend the hotel door drop to other hotels can do so at an additional cost. Please call for details.
