Digital Advertising - Digital Media Package
Greet the attendees at Heart Rhythm 2012 as they arrive at the BCEC with your
message on the following digital screens for the duration of the conference days of
May 9-12, 2012.
Digital Media Package includes:
- Media Towers (Located outside on Summer Street)
- Video Wall (Main Entrance and HR2012 Registration Area)
- LCD Network (31 plasma screens throughout BCEC)
Benefits:
- Exposure of multiple medium throughout the BCEC
- 15 second spots on each portion of the digital package looping through four
days beginning on the afternoon of May 9 through the afternoon of May 12
- All day commercial / sponsorship advertising
Sponsor's Involvement and Timeline:
Must provide advertisement(s) in electronic pdf format by February 3, 2012 for approval
by the Heart Rhythm Society.
