Rhythm Theatre: Industry-Expert Presentations

The Heart Rhythm Society is pleased to offer a promotional opportunity to the exhibitor community – the Industry-Expert Presentations in Rhythm Theatre. A great opportunity to educate attendees and increase your interaction! Rhythm Theatre will be located inside the exhibit hall for exhibitors to host promotional presentations during the busiest exhibit hall hours throughout 33rd Annual Scientific Sessions. Industry-expert presentations will be limited to one hour in length and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Packages include the following:
• Complete audio visual package with laptop
• Stage, podium and electrical drop
• Seating for approx. 200 attendees
• Lead retrieval units (up to four units)
• Food and Beverage within the “lobby” area
• Pre-show and on-site promotion by Heart Rhythm Society
• Complimentary one time use of the pre-registration attendee list

Sponsor's Involvement and Timeline:
Must provide logo and necessary presentation details in an electronic format by February 24, 2012 for print production by Heart Rhythm Society.
