Events or activities independently organized by exhibitors, universities, hospitals, government agencies and non-profit organizations and fall into one of the following categories: committee, investor, focus group, market research groups, investigator meetings, hospitality or social events not promoting products, and staff or board meetings.

| Monday, April 17, 2023 | All function space requests submitted after Monday, April 17 will incur an additional late request fee of $200 per application. |

Exhibitors, non-profits, hospitals, universities, and government agencies wishing to host an ICW event must apply through the website to be considered. HRS will send written approval via email. Payment is due at the time of application and will not be refunded if the application is rejected. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
Each ICW event must be submitted utilizing its own application. If your event spans multiple days, each day must be submitted as an individual request.
Qualified, contracted, priority point exhibitors will be placed first from December 14, 2022 through January 17, 2023. After January 17, 2023, all applicants will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Beginning April 17, 2023, a late fee will be imposed for applications. The website closes May 10, 2023
