Hotel Key Cards

Package 2 Price: $20,000
Hotels Included: Boston Marriott Copley, InterContinental Boston, Omni Parker House, Renaissance Boston Waterfront, and Revere Hotel Boston Common (anticipated peak block: 1,325 x 2 keycards per room)

Key Card Envelope Enhancement:

Price: +$10,000 per package

The Heart Rhythm Society reserves the right to revise any aspect of this sponsorship to preserve the integrity and professional atmosphere of the meeting.

The Heart Rhythm Society will make every effort to instruct participating hotels on the proper distribution instructions, both in writing and via a personal visit to the front desk manager prior to the start of the meeting. However, the Heart Rhythm Society cannot guarantee 100% distribution to every #HRS2021 attendee staying in selected hotels. Refunds will not be issued if supporter receives anecdotal evidence of non-distribution.
