Housing Gallery & Confirmation Banner Advertisement

Increase reach to the #HRS2021 attendees via their pre-conference hotel booking experience. Hotel gallery and confirmations will include sponsored branded advertisement and are sent to each attendee; as they search and select a hotel room with the official housing company, onPeak. Over 10,000 marketing emails and nearly 6,000 confirmations were sent to Heart Rhythm 2019 attendees.

Benefits:

• Includes two (2) 200p x 325p hotel gallery card advertisements viewed when attendees explore their housing options
• Includes one (1) 680p x 100p banner advertisement on the #HRS2021 individual online housing confirmation emails that attendees will refer to as they plan their Heart Rhythm 2021 itinerary
• Each attendee will receive a minimum of two confirmations: the initial confirmation and the final confirmation sent in the days prior to departing for Boston. In addition, every time a guest makes a change to a reservation, a new confirmation will be sent which includes your banner advertisement. (e.g., if a guest makes five changes to the reservation, they will receive seven confirmations total - initial, plus the additional five change confirmations and the final confirmation)
• Sponsor’s advertisements hyperlinked to specified URL
• Statistics provided throughout the show cycle
