Rhythm Theaters

Rhythm Theaters are a terrific opportunity to educate and increase interaction with professional attendees by hosting promotional presentations during the scheduled Innovation Expo hours. Located on the Innovation Expo floor, Rhythm Theaters will run one hour in length and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. As an added bonus in 2021, Rhythm Theater presentations will be live-streamed to the virtual audience (July 28-30) worldwide and then available as an on-demand session after the initial presentation.

• PRIOR to the presentation date all speakers must upload their presentation into the #HRS2021 presentation management system; presentations will be accessible via the PC laptop provided at the Rhythm Theater
• Stage set, including podium and head table for four (4)
• Seating available based on current social distancing guidelines with additional space for standing
• Two (2) lead retrieval units with temporary staff to manage lead collections for your presentation
• Light food and beverage service will be provided within Rhythm Theater area, selections made by Heart Rhythm Society
• Pre-meeting and onsite promotions of Rhythm Theater scheduling and content
• Complimentary one-time use of the pre-registration attendee list, available upon request, for a mail promotion (list is opt in by HRS attendees at time of registration); sponsor must provide sample of mailing piece for approval by Heart Rhythm Society prior to receiving complimentary mailing list
• NEW! Rhythm Theater presentations will be provided to #HRS2021 virtual audience as a live streaming channel during the July 28-31 virtual meeting. Presentation recordings will then be available on-demand approximately one hour after the live stream concludes viewable by all virtual attendees through September 30, 2021. Recorded presentations will not migrate to Heart Rhythm 365.
• Enduring product of presentation and slides synchronized with the presenter audio provided in raw footage
• Link to advertisement of Rhythm Theater presentation included on company’s #HRS2021 Mobile App exhibitor listing (link must be hosted by sponsor in required size and format)
• Email sent to registered attendees during Heart Rhythm 2021 with meeting highlights including Rhythm Theater programming; distribution at the discretion of Heart Rhythm Society

Prices: $50,000 per Rhythm Theater timeslot
Funds will be applied toward your Infinity Circle contribution

The Heart Rhythm Society reserves the right to revise any aspect of this sponsorship to preserve the integrity and professional atmosphere of the meeting.
