Technology Support Package

A technology help desk will be available to all attendees for customer support onsite with the mobile app, online planner, in-room educational technology, connectivity/Wi-Fi assistance and any other attendee-related technological issues and, of course, a friendly smile and a point in the right direction for those trying to find something else at the meeting. Bring your brand to the forefront of this coveted onsite customer service experience and be associated with helpful experiences and providing resources for when and where your customers need assistance at a moment’s notice.

Benefits:

• Dates and hours of operation during #HRS2021 (operation times vary daily and are subject to change):
• Tuesday, July 27 – Saturday, July 31
• Technology Support will be staffed by trained personnel available to assist attendees and speakers with the mobile app, online planner, educational technology, and any additional -related technological issues
• Sponsor logo recognition printed on bookends of the counter wrap
• Sponsor, at own expense, may produce and provide a printed handout piece and/or a promotional table tent to be placed on countertop; printed items must be pre-approved by Heart Rhythm Society
• Heart Rhythm Society will include text recognition of sponsor within the Information/Tech Support section of the #HRS2021 mobile app
• Sponsor logo recognition will be included on countertop signage next to complimentary device disinfectant wipes

Price: $12,500

The Heart Rhythm Society reserves the right to revise any aspect of this sponsorship to preserve the integrity and professional atmosphere of the meeting.
